What's a 'qualified lead'?+
An owner who fills in their service, dates and contact details, then sends you a direct enquiry. You get their details and reply — we never touch the booking or take a cut of the job. Spam, mistyped contacts and unresponsive owners aren't charged.
How does the subscription help?+
Two ways. (1) You sit higher in town search results, so more owners see you and enquire. (2) Each enquiry costs you less — £6 on Featured or £4 on Premium, vs £8 on Free. If you get more than 3–4 leads a month, the sub pays for itself.
Do I have to be council-licensed to list?+
No. Licensed home boarders get a verified badge (we check the council register). Unlicensed walkers, sitters and daycare carers are welcome — your licence status is shown on your profile so owners can decide.
What's the launch offer?+
Everything's free for the first 3 months: no subscription, no per-lead cost. If your town isn't busy yet by then, we extend it — you only start paying once leads are actually flowing.
Why no commission per booking?+
Because we don't handle the booking. We're a directory — owners find you here, then message or call you direct. No payment goes through us, so there's nothing to take a cut of. You keep 100% of every job.
Can I cancel any time?+
